Hier mal wieder ein kleines Tutorial, welches ich selbst vorab gerne gehabt hätte… Nun um mir und anderen die Mühe für das nächste mal zu ersparen eine kurze Einleitung zum installieren des Treibers unter Zesty Zapus.
Install Canon ML-2164 as network printer (Ubuntu 17.04)
- Download the printer driver HERE
- Unpack it and use ./install.sh to install the driver locally
- Execute system-config-printer and add click „Add printer“ – since the normal functionalty under System->Configuration->Printer does NOT work
